For the salad:
3 large handfuls of fresh spinach
50g frozen cranberries (frozen or dried)
75g blueberries (frozen or fresh)
100g feta cheese
50g walnuts (toasted, if desired)
For the dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
