Looking for original salads? Then you have come to the right place. When I made this, I thought that this seasonal fruit would go well with rocket and the result was much better than expected. I assure you that this sweet and salty combination will delight you and your guests.

Ingredients:
2 peaches, halved and pitted
1 tbsp melted unsalted butter
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 endives, trimmed and cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces
160g watercress
200g mozzarella cheese, broken into small chunks
Instructions:
1. Heat a grill to medium-low. Brush both sides of the peaches with the melted butter.
2. Place the peaches on the grill; cover the grill, and cook until the peaches are charred and softened, four to five minutes per side. Quarter each half and set aside,
3. In a large bowl, whisk the lemon juice and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the endives, watercress and mozzarella, Toss to coat. Divide between four plates; arrange the peaches on top of the salad.
